Cula Tudor Vladimirescu is a historical monument dated from 1800 located on the territory of the village of Cerne?i, Simian commune, which belonged to Tudor Vladimirescu.

In addition to the historical-architectural value, it also has a memorial value. Between 1967 and 1977, Tudor Vladimirescu's Cula was transformed into a museum, here also functioning a permanent exhibition with documents and various objects that had belonged to the leader of the Revolution of 1821 and the Pandas.
