The kinetic fountain from Drobeta Turnu Severin is also known as "Hora de la Balacita", being made by the sculptor Constantin Lucaci.

The kinetic fountain tries to create an image of lights and beautifully sized motion.

The fountain was rehabilitated a few years ago, becoming one of the most beautiful places of pilgrimage and recreation of the severinians. Near it, there is a well-structured park, an oasis of tranquility and greenery, slightly above the port on the Danube.
